My personal training is focused on goals and results. I work with you one-on-one privately, coaching you through creating a lifestyle and actively WORKING towards BIG RESULTS.
I want you to LEARN how to be your own motivator, planner, and such but I also know many people need a level of accountability and teaching to get there. That’s why I open my services to help you reach whatever goals you have.
What you can expect…
1. You set a 12-week goal (weightloss, race, competition, event, etc.). At the end of 12 weeks we review your overall progress. I decide if you can work with me another 12-weeks if you need it. I reserve the right to open your spot if you are not doing the work.
2. Each week you will submit YOUR OWN menus or a daily FOOD JOURNAL (most people use LoseIt, Livestrong, or MyDailyPlate). I supply you with dietary GUIDELINES but you will do the journaling and the planning each week. I’ll teach you how to make this a lifestyle.
If you are doing Weight Watchers or other food programs you will follow those guidelines giving me your journal for accountability. You will get all the help you need from me but I don’t just give you a menu. You will work WITH ME on making food choices better and better each week incorporating your own lifestyle (family, school, work, sports, etc).
Your materials will have some suggested menu basics and I will help you design all you need. The goal, though, is for you to learn how to eat and not just eat what I tell you to. You’ll never keep weight off if you don’t learn how to choose your own foods and I am not interested in short-term wins!
4. Bi-weekly stats monitoring. Every two weeks you send in measurements, photos (opt), and weight. I review and we tweak workouts, cardio, and food plan to keep you progressing. IF YOU ARE NOT following our plans then we don't make changes! I can't change things until we know what is working and what is not. If you plan unrealistically we will talk about THAT before coming up with new exercises and foods. You will weigh weekly if you choose but I encourage weighing twice a month.
In short, you get a training program, my cell number to use anytime, text me whenever you need, email me as often as you like, and you WILL submit and track what you eat, how much you lift, and what you think. TOGETHER WE WORK THOUGH the 12-weeks to keep you on program.
What does it cost?
My training is purchased in 12-week blocks. A gym trainer is typically $50 a week for one hour. You do not receive a workout program, food tweaks, support, and behavioral management (and phone access!!!).
My training for 12-weeks is $500 and $400 for PRIVATE MEMBERS of PNP. PRIVATE MEMBERS have first priority for open spots. You have two payment options:
1. Pay in one full installment the week your program is due (NEW CLIENTS ALWAYS PAY IN FULL).
2. Pay ½ the week before your program is due and the other ½ 30 days later (RETURNING CLIENTS).
Enrollment to my service opens only FOUR TIMES A YEAR: January, April, August, and late October. I take "off" the summer to spend time with family and maintain the PNP site. I teach balance and PRACTICE BALANCE!
All of my clients start on the same day and end on the same day. Smaller numbers of clients allows me to give you MORE SERVICE AND SPECIAL ATTENTION.
If you need training NOW and are waiting for an enrollment period, you have three options to work with me. You can use that time to get GEARED UP for big time dedication.
1. Purchase a PNP program and journal/ask questions on the site until the next enrollment period. Often we run PNP SITE Challenges where you can work with a team of PNP girls for accountability and have me to ask questions if you have any.
2. Become a Private Member of the site and use any of the programs and menus I have written…I have more available on the site than what I sell publicly. You gain access to the private journal forums that I monitor, workshop materials and discussions with me, and the forum where I answer all training and menu questions specific to what you do. Private members always get first looks at training, access to all books and programs, and private areas to discuss things they do not want to share publicly.
3. Purchase a BeachBody video training series. The series contain full training. If you set yourself up with me as your Beachbody Coach upon purchase I can help you mix the videos in with other training, assist with dietary needs (Shakeology clients will get the Six Week Slim Plan I designed), and modifications you might need if exercises are too hard or too easy.
