Busting Up Your Boring Cardio Routines

I will be in Memphis this weekend running a half marathon with many of the PNP girls! I'm so excited.

Training for a race can be awesome for your fitness and your spirit, but this time of year is TOUGH with weather playing a key role in your runs. Personally I'm a huge baby when it comes to the elements so I do a lot of my training on the treadmill at 5am and dog running around.

This article was sent to me today from Active.com and it has great suggestions on how to break-up your treadmill routines while getting in some great exercise. On the same page is links and such to routines I have made up for all of you.
