Busting Up Your Boring Cardio Routines
I will be in Memphis this weekend running a half marathon with many of the PNP girls! I'm so excited.
Training for a race can be awesome for your fitness and your spirit, but this time of year is TOUGH with weather playing a key role in your runs. Personally I'm a huge baby when it comes to the elements so I do a lot of my training on the treadmill at 5am and dog running around.
